The issues facing the investment industry have never been more pressing than they are today.  In this presentation, Roger Urwin discusses the defining moments of the recent past that have led us to this point, the challenges in the next 10 years and how organisations can restore trust and adapt to this new reality.  The excess of competition, complexity and compensation that contributed to the GFC showed how fallacious the assumption of sustainability and indestructibility can be.
